These starter terms explain the service while the platform is being launched.
The service
Africa GoParks connects travelers with verified travel operators. We do not provide the safari, accommodation or transport itself unless separately stated.
Traveler requests
Provide accurate information and submit only genuine travel enquiries. A private offer is an introduction to an operator, not a guarantee that a trip or price is available.
Operators
Operators are responsible for the accuracy of their offers, licenses, availability, pricing, traveler communication and delivery of any booking they make.
Payments and commissions
The starter platform may use operator wallet balances and commissions as described in the operator agreement. Travelers should pay an operator only through arrangements they have independently confirmed with that operator.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, submit spam, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private information or interfere with the service.
Changes
These starter terms may be updated as the platform moves from the starter phase to a larger production service.
